Each I.H.F Atelier design is made to order and individually crafted by our atelier for each client.

Before production begins, our Client Services team is available to assist you with:

Selecting the appropriate size
Styling and coordination
Guidance on silhouette, fit, and proportion

Our aim is to provide every client with the best possible purchasing experience.

1. Customized Products

I.H.F Atelier offers customization services that allow clients to personalize a design by modifying selected details or elements of its construction.

Customization fees range from 15% to 30%, depending on the complexity of the request, from minor refinements to individual details to more substantial changes to the principal silhouette or construction.

Each specific request will be reviewed by our specialist team. A detailed quotation will be provided, and the requested modifications will proceed only after the client has reviewed and approved the proposed changes and associated fees.

As every product is individually made for each order, I.H.F Atelier does not offer standard returns or exchanges. However, should a product present an issue attributable to the Brand, subject to the conditions set out in this policy, we are committed to working closely with the client to determine an appropriate resolution.

2. Our Commitment

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the refined workmanship reflected in every I.H.F Atelier design.

Should your order present a manufacturing issue, our team will carefully review the circumstances and provide support in accordance with the Brand's applicable policies and procedures.

3. Manufacturing Issues

If you believe that your product presents an issue attributable to the Brand, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:

Your order number
An unboxing video and clear photographs showing the issue
A brief description of the concern

Our team will promptly review the information provided and respond within 24 hours with an appropriate proposed resolution.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Each I.H.F Atelier product is individually produced after an order has been placed.

We therefore encourage clients to:

Review the product description carefully before placing an order
Contact our Client Services Team for guidance regarding size, silhouette, fit, or styling before making a purchase decision

5. Eligibility Requirements

For a request to be considered, please ensure that:

I.H.F Atelier is notified within 24 hours of receiving the order and provides a complete unboxing video and clear photographic evidence
The product remains in its original condition
The product has not been worn or used

All requests relating to manufacturing issues will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
