EXCHANGE POLICY:
Timeframe: 14 days from delivery for exchange. Contact within 3 days to request.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and free of scents/makeup.
Process: Email order details, reasons for exchange. Receive return instructions. Ship items back at your cost (use reputable carrier). Provide tracking info.
Exchange Processing: Within 14 working days of receipt. Price differences handled via coupon or charge.
Exclusions: Tailored/personalized items, items discounted 15% or more.
Fees: Customer responsible for return shipping and any new taxes/duties.

RETURN PROCESS:
Email the company with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reasons for the return.
Return the items with a tracking number.
Inspection: Items are inspected upon receipt.
Non-compliance: If conditions aren't met, you'll be notified and have 3 days to request return shipment at your cost. Otherwise, items are discarded.
Responsibility: IHF is not responsible for damages or losses caused by your chosen carrier.
